    • B: Possibly Royal Mail have not yet collected from our HQ, it may take 1-2 business days for their tracking to update.
  • Q: My parcel shows as delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

    • A: First, check with neighbours or others at your address who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If the parcel is still not located, contact Royal Mail customer service or your local delivery office for assistance.
  • Q: Can I change the delivery address or delivery date?

    • A: Any changes must be finalised before we dispatch your item. Please email us at support@zahabi.co as soon as possible.
  • Q: My International Delivery has not yet arrived?

    • A: In most cases - your parcel may be in customs thus a fee will have to be paid by yourself for it to be released. Please follow the instruction via the royal mail track and trace page here.
    • If Royal mail do not divert you to your domestic postal service, please find Royal mail international partners here.
