MEASURE AT HOME:
- Take a length of string or a strip of paper.
- Wrap it around the finger you wish to measure, ensuring it goes over the knuckle, which is typically the widest part.
- Pull the string or paper tight, but make sure it is still comfortable.
- Mark the point where the ends of the string or paper meet with a pen or pencil.
- Lay the string or paper flat and measure the length from the end to the mark using a ruler.
- Use the measured length to determine your ring size using a ring size chart or circumference measurement guide.

Frequently Asked Questions
We ship Monday through to Thursday, excluding bank holidays. All orders are posted via Royal mail whether that be domestic or international.
It Is vital that any items that you wish to return or exchange must be not worn at all, free of wear and tare and most definitely free of scratches. If so we can not accept your return or exchange.
The following must be done:
- Contact customer support to initiate the return - support@zahabi.co
- Package the ring securely, preferably in a cellophane pouch.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Consider adding insurance and tracking.
- Obtain the correct return address from customer support.
- Adhere to the specified return timeframe.
For international shipping:
We advise anyone ordering abroad to make sure they order the correct size, either by ordering a ring measurement tool from your country or getting a measurement done by your local jewellery shop.
A tracking number will be provided, We ask our customers and clients to keep an eye on your tracking number to be aware of your orders progress. International deliveries must check there tracking via Royal Mail to be guided to their countries partnered postal service.
Generally our items can be worn for day to day use, however a guideline should be followed to insure your items are kept in the best of conditions:
- Store in our Packaging provided or in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and humidity.
- Clean gently with a mild silver cleaning solution or a Jewellery dry cleaning cloth.
- Avoid contact with chemicals, including household cleaners and cosmetics.
- Remove before engaging in activities that could damage the ring.
- Although our items resist water, it is advised to keep your rings away from water, as this may cause stones from loosening and falling out.
- Seek professional cleaning and maintenance when needed.
- Wrap a thread or paper around your finger and measure it in mm.
- It is advisory to do this 2/3 times.
- After measuring use our ring size guide to convert your measurement to our size.
